What is my Holiday Entitlement? You are entitled to 5.6 weeks paid holiday a year. This is your statutory leave entitlement. Sometimes bank holidays are included as part of your statutory annual leave. However, as a result of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee bank holiday in June 2022, you are entitled to an additional day’s holiday- therefore, for the 2022/23 holiday year only you are entitled to take 29 working days ( or 5.8 weeks paid holiday).
